Misplaced my card at home, how do I replace it?
Call AT&T Universal Card Customer Service at 1-800-423-4343 and report it immediately. In case you have monthly recurring payment, such as utility bills or stores, contact them with your NEW AT&T Universal Card number when you receive the replacement card.
